Demis Lyall-Wilson is a writer, digital producer, prankster and Hollywood visual effects artist, currently based in Sydney, Australia.

Blogging since 1998, his online antics, virals, reviews and short films have garnished those mythic “15-minutes” of the world’s attention many times over, featured in many of this planets major newspaper, magazine and network television broadcasts and publications (including CNN, The Guardian, The Wall Street Journal, FHM etc.).

With a unique brand of dark humour, his eclectic body of work is heavily influenced by his professional history as a gentleman adventurer, with a dappled career including having worked as a piano player riding the trains for the Orient Express, a koala-suit-wearing eco-warrior, online-pornographer, published author, and having toured the world for a couple of years with a high-profile music act.

Demis is currently spending his 2011 working on visual effects for the big summer blockbusters (recent work including Prometheus, Happy Feet 2 and Captain America : The First Avenger) and as a freelance writer, and chipping away at his first novel.
